Are you over 30 and want to lose fat, build muscle, and improve your overall health?

Are you in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, or even 60’s and want to get in shape but don’t know where to start?

Or, are you over 30 and already an experienced fitness enthusiast that’s looking for age-specific fitness and nutrition information?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you’re in the right place!

Over 30 Fitness is a website dedicated to providing accurate, easy to read fitness and nutrition information for men and women over the age of 30.

Why 30? Why not “Over 20 Fitness” or “Over 50 Fitness?”

Because, it’s in your 30’s that the needs of your body – both men and women’s bodies – begin to change.

But, your body isn’t the only thing that changes in your 30’s. The demands of work, family, and other responsibilities present challenges that may not have existed just a few years earlier.

The time you have to spend exercising is limited. That’s why it’s so important that your workouts and meals are designed to provide the best possible results in the least amount of time.

That’s where Over 30 Fitness comes in!

Whether you’re 30 or 60, our website has all the age-specific fitness and nutrition advice you need to achieve all your goals.

If your main goal is to lose fat, check out our Weight Loss category. Want to build a little muscle? How about a lot? Check out the Muscle Building category.

We also have gender-specific categories. Not only do your diet and exercise needs vary depending on your age, but also by your gender.

While we certainly encourage gender equality in the workplace and in society, the gym and the kitchen are another story. Men and women have different nutritional needs and their bodies build muscle and burn fat a little differently.

Guys, you can browse through all our male-specific posts in the For Men section. And ladies, you can find all the female-specific posts in the For Women section.

In the Nutrition section, you’ll find informative, science-based articles about healthy eating, diet plans for older adults, and a variety of other topics related to eating.

Lastly, you can check out the Supplements section to find info about a variety of supplements that can be used to help burn fat, build muscle, and improve other aspects of health.

If you’re new to the world of eating healthy and exercising, it can all be a bit overwhelming at first. There’s so much bad information out there that it can be very discouraging.

And for those of us in our 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s, it’s even harder to find age-appropriate information. Our needs are different, but almost all the existing fitness and nutrition websites only provide a one-size-fits-all approach.

That’s why I created Over 30 Fitness: so that people like me – and you – have somewhere to turn for accurate information that’s tailored to both our age and gender.

If you’re decades older, following fitness advice that’s meant for someone in their 20’s could result in serious injury. Most fitness websites only provide information that’s appropriate for people in their teens and twenties.

But, that all changes with Over 30 Fitness. Whether you’re 60 and just starting out or 35 and an experienced gym rat, we have everything you need to build the body of your dreams and improve your overall health.

And finally, make sure to sign up for the Over 30 Fitness newsletter. You’ll get occasional emails (don’t worry: we won’t flood your inbox) to help keep you motivated, provide you with breaking fitness and nutrition info, and keep you up to date with everything going on at Over 30 Fitness.

You can build the body of your dreams at any age, but not without the right information. Now that you’ve found Over 30 Fitness, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish.
