Every once in a while, someone will ask me why I love going to the gym and working out so much. I usually respond by saying that there are too many reasons to list.
While there are easily over 100 benefits of working out, I’ve come up with a list of 10 reasons why I love going to the gym. These aren’t in any particular order. And I could probably come up with another 20 or 30 benefits of working out off the top of my head. But these are the main benefits that keep me motivated to go to the gym (almost) every day.
