She also happens to be one of the trainers that worked on the biggest loser reality tv show. Her videos are effective and will help you to have a easy to follow instructional video that has the potential to get you in the best shape of your life.

 

The video does state that it can get you ripped and looking great in 30 days. I just want say that I really don’t think that is going to happen. Anyways, her program is a 4 week long high intensity workout. It is set up for 4 weeks and is broken down into a 3-2-1 format. What I mean by that is that you will strength train for 3 minutes and then 2 minutes of cardio, the one minute on those pesky abs. I like this format as it allows for a excellent workout every you do the program. The only negative I though might be the chatter and I didn’t care for the music much.
