Power Of Magnetism. Using a Magnetic Knee Support

by GuestPoster on September 27, 2010

As we get older our joints can become more brittle and do not have the flexibility they had when we were younger. Unfortunately, that is the price we pay for our old age but I’m willing to accept this wholeheartedly. We just have to adjust and deal with the new reality. I’m just grateful that I have grown older. I don’t mind taking an Advil every once in a while to deal with the aches and pains. I’m over 50 now and I still try to remain fit and work out a lot. I’m fighting old age every day. I really like it when people do not believe me when I tell them I’m over 50. I have to attribute that to being physically fit.

I have stumbled across something lately that has helped my knees. A magnetic knee support. I don’t always like to take pain relievers and I did some research on the internet for some alternatives to medicine to relieve pain in my knees. I read that a lot of people are putting their faith in magnetic therapy. Some people have made a lot of claims that using magnets increases the blood flow and therefore increases the healing process in their joints. It makes a lot of sense to me so I tried it. Maybe it’s just in my mind but my knees have actually felt better since I started wearing a magnetic knee brace.

I tend to notice that in the mornings when I first crawl out of bed, I have some stiffness in my knee. I think I’m going to start using a knee support pillow at night while I sleep. If I can relieve the pressure from my knees, I think it will help them to get better so I can get back into my work outs a lot more heavy. I like to keep my cardio up and the best way I know how is to have healthy joints. I intend to live a long time so I can aggravate my children and my grandchildren.
