Kettlebell Clean To Walk Out Push Ups!
This is a great lift for you to engage in that involves the use of your own body weight, as well as, a moderately heavy kettlebell. To begin, simply place the kettlebell between your feet with your stance at about shoulder width distance apart in length. Next, squat down and grab the bell to clean it and properly rack it at your chest. The great thing about the clean lift is that it covers the pull oriented movement of the lift that I referred to in the beginning paragraph.
After you clean and rack the kettlebell to your chest then simply lower it back to the ground between your feet and place your hands on the ground in front of you. Once you get your hands on the ground then simply walk out on your hands extending your body into an upright push up position. Once your body is extended then simply perform a push up and walk back with your hands to bring your body back into the crouched position to stand up. As you stand back up simply grab the bell to clean and rack it to your chest again to start the process all over. This portion of the walking out and pushing up includes the pushing oriented part of the workout.
